Not to be argumentative or anything,  but that's a pretty old limit,  and
one that I wouldn't personally care to put up with here.  I *do* have
pktsort as a part of my mail processing,  but I don't have it splitting any
messages.  They've been getting longer for quite a number of years,  and in
a lot of different echos,  and trying to fight this trend strikes me as an
exercise in futility.
