The Tesla IS a measurement of Magnetic Field strength. And I think that
yes, a field strength of that magnitude would fry anything electronic
around it, Also You have another problem, moving through that field would
generate HUGE electrical currents. Also, how do y ou plan to generate the
hundreds of Megawatts of power needed to power a field density high enough
to deflect the kinetic energy of an incoming shell? Assuming you could
generate that level of power, how do you dissapate the heat?

You wouldnt want to use this on a ground vehicle I dont think because I
mentioned before if you move a conductor through a magnetic field you
generate an electric current, and at the power levels needed almost
anything would be a conductor, so crossing the field lines OR equivelant
the field lines passing an object would generate massive electrical
discharges. these would temporarily deplete the field till it built up
again.

I agree, that in principle the technologies exist to build this thing, but
the power requirements are incredible. Even with the laser you have to
find a way to funnel that much power into a burst, it can be done, but you
need a way to power this thing with hundreds of Megawatts of power if not
Gigawatts. With current conduction and effiencies of power transmission
and utilization how are you going to keep from glowing white-hot? On the
ground air and water make EXCELLENT conductors of waste heat for cooling,
but you shields would be worthless since the air itsself would be a
conductor and short your shields out. In space you have no easy way to rid
waste heat, radiating the heat away requires massive amounts of surface
area.

And so far I have only touched on the shields, I dont know what challenges
face "anti-gravity" or the laser. Though Anti-gravity is
probably a form of magnetic levitation which again requires huge amounts of
power that we cannot contain in a small enough location to make a
space-ship practical.

What exactly is an Ion/Fission system?

Is tesla a unit of measurement? How odd, because if this could work, one
would expect it to be retrofitted to bradleys and M1A2 tanks to make them
more damage resistant.

Would this tend to fry all electronics for hundreds of yards? What
happens to people standing near by?

Oh, and have they finally gotten the energy density up to the point where
it can be used as a weapon without destroying the laser itself? How much
ebnergy does that take to fire?
