I banged something together here in perl for building my AllFiles list for my BBBS system. I'm sure that I could pretty easily modify the script to work for max, but I'll need to know the "specs" for the area list configuration files that identify the areas to be included in the list. AI> It would be a bonus if I could somehow get an html AI> index also. That should be easy enough to add to the script. I've already got it set up to produce separate lists for each area for the people accessing the files via FTP. Again, I'll just need to know what sort of output you'd like to see, and what input / configuration files it needs to be able to process. The system here carries the full FileGate distribution (plus some other old files), to the tune of 1070 areas and 66,905 files (27,596 Mb). The AllFiles list itself is over 14 Mb in size, so the script has so far been able to handle the big numbers. I assume that you'd be willing to test it and help sort out the bugs and features?
