That thing is out of date.
Enterprise C is *known* destroyed at the battle of Narendra III, by Romulan 
warbirds.
Enterprise B is *known* to be Excelsior Type II, and has been seen in 
StarTrek:Generations. The captain is Harriman, and the helmsman is Ensign 
Demora Sulu.
