beware of the advert.It says" any unit returned to us by U.S. customs."
Now everyone knows that when U.S. customs seizes something they don't
return it unless they have to . Get caught with a roach from
the car's previous owner,. Too bad, car is bye-byes..  Walk home. I
can't imagine a U.S. Customs officer seizing a scanner that is illegal
to import and saying "ha, we caught it, let's send it back so they can
try again.
Now,  if you really want a unit, come to T.O. for a bit of a vacation
and pick one up. Used is best for importing pourposes.
