Yep. Indy is alive and well and running for his life from giant
boulders, too many snakes, etc. The Indiana Jones attraction has a new
design feature for Disney, there are a number of variables that change
randomly, so you never get exactly the same experience twice. I can't
wait to see it myself, it was still under construction during my last
trip to DL.

I think I may know why. "Snow White" was originally released in 1937.
Popular taste in singing styles then was very different. Compare Snow
White's singing voice to that of recent Disney heroines and you'll hear
that they are now much like popular music.
I don't know when the Spanish soundtrack was produced, but if it was
done more recently, the style of singing (and speaking) was probably
chosen to sound "modern" for that time. I have to admit, Snow White's
voice is squeaky enough to fit Minnie Mouse.

I know just how you feel. Be patient, Disney will likely bring
everything back again. (Though I may have to wait a long time for "Song
of the South".)
