Probably not for your environment.  As a general rule, I stay away from
IDE drives in servers.  But for 15 users..... speed shouldn't be an
issue.  That is, unless they are transferring HUGH amounts of data back
and forth.  It may be worth while to check into the price of SCSI drives,
however.
