Hello Jamie, Well i have not use the qmodem pro for windows because of
the small screen and can not make it any bigger thats why i only use the
qmodem trial 4.6 because of the full screen and never had any download
trouble that you have mention since i have yet to use qmodem pro to
download any files yet. There my two cents worth.
