Re: Home Offices
Great to hear you got things orgainzed. I have other problems in my area,
city code doesn't even allow clients to visit on business, e.g. buying
insurance, and coming over to sign papers is illegal according to code. How
is this great nation to have an economic comeback when industry and hard work
is prohibited from home, just to keep the neighbors happy and the front lawn
green? I'd like to hear from others of strange city codes that make no sense.
Even no noise, business visitors are prohibited, that is really bad. Another
one we got is the residential address may not be advertised as a business in
the Yellow Pages!!!! Got that! They don't even allow phone calls to come
!!!
Many people buy homes and don't check a few simple things, like what is the
code for that city like. It can be a world of difference from the old
dress.
By the way, the place is San Gabriel, Calif. a stuck up city hall. They do
another funny thing here, they ticket homeowners for washing their cars on
the front lawn grass, even after the TV stations here asked citizens to do
that to save on water use! They said that was a promotional message, but our
code says different. Turn around and they want us to donate to the police
ball!? Forget it.
