 An RCI-2950 is Ranger Communications International's 10m mobile that can be
converted to illegal 11m use a-la Uniden HR-2510.
 The 2950 manuals I have are for the first version of this chassis that had 
three jumper positions internally on the front face control boards.
 The new version out now apparently only has one or two jumpers and is far
inferior in both quality and reliability than the older versions.
