People tend to forget that domesticated cats are predators.  It's in their
genes.  No matter how much we try to get it out of them, they won't change. 
I've seen what cats can do, yep, lots of times.

Of course, I've seen what two pit bulls can do to a cat too. :/

That's how I slip out of the house every day: I slide Felix some of his
favorite treats (Temptations catnip) and tell him that I love him as I head
out the door.
