I believe you *can* get it for a few bucks cheaper in the "student" version, 
if you can prove that you are learning to use it from an educational 
institution (collage, unv., etc).  If you're lucky, the dealer will give it 
to you if you give him verbal reasons, but it is more likely that he'd need 
to see some registration of some sort.
