Hi Mary, thought for awhile you might need to get a shoe on that foot soon.  
However it seems to be warming up a bit.  Hope your foot heals soon.
I have a feeling you will be apt to find your birthmother long before I find 
any family of mine.  I will hang "tough" though.  Just sent for a death 
certificate which may or may not be for my birthfather.  More likely not, but 
must try.  Keep searching!
