i am currently attending a private college in hopes of getting my CNA- I
have been given a project to do this weekend and would be very grateful for
some assistance as i am just new to novell. my project asks me to come up
with a solution for a company who is wanting to upgrade from a netware 3.12
network to an intranetware 4.11 network-i am given all the specifics on the
company and am asked to do the following:provide a discussion of the design
structure i choose, submit a drawing of the complete NDS structure for the
entire company(showing all the partition components-users, servers,
resources,etc), a partition and replication strategy including a chart
showing the partitions and replicas, a timesync strastegy aswell including a
chart detailing the time providers and consumers, a commentary on the
hardware the company will need to purchase and run the 4.11 servers and
anything special they will need to consider when implementing the network. I
realize this is alot of work but if someone out ther has a bit of free time
and would like to share their ideas it would be greatly appreciated-i just
don't know where to start.
