You need to set the time out value for CAPTURE.  My home
server is currently booted to Linux so I can't check the
exact syntax, but CAPTURE /? should give you all you need.

You might want to try posting future questions to one of the
comp.os.netware.* newsgroups.  Dozens of sysadmins that
really know their stuff there.
