I noticed that the 6561 (VIC) inside my only VIC-20 (the one in the video)
never actually became warm enough to be worried about it. But I did add a bit
of heatsinking never the less, since it can't hurt.
Some VIC-II revs and the SID (and PLA too) inside the C64 become much hotter
usually, so they're surely worth an additional heatsink if one is going
to use it a lot.
