subject: ATM tool problem

As I stated in my previous posts, when I made my tool I cut the channels
between the tiles to deep. As a result, the tiles lifted off the hyrostone
plate. Luckily the tiles were all freed and I was able to same them all. I
learned from this, as well as one other error that I might mention. I cut
the tiles to go right to the edge of the tool, which also mated up against
the dam. This in turn did not allow the flow of the hyrdostone to the edge
which left the tool edges open with a gap. So, I made another tool, this
time I cut back on the tiles to correct the edge problem, and thinned the
mixture just a bit but not too much. When the tool cured and I removed it
from the glass form, I noticed that were the rubber connectors joined the
tiles the mixture did not completely flow past then and in turn I now have
several areas with pits. I made a small slurry of the hydrostone and poured
this over the pits, which did not work and now I still have the pits. What
do I do to correct this, they are deep enough that I fear the larger grits
will find there way in and then out at the wrong time. I'm open to
suggestions, this tool over all came out rather nicely aside from the
little flaws that I need to fix.
