Unfortunately, the labor costs more than the condenser...which is a cheap
item to buy.

Having to recycle the coolant is another problem because the machine to do
that costs a couple of thousand and somebody has to pay for that!

BTW, when Harry finally got around to moving his equipment out of the old
shop, he had three of those machines, two of which didn't work anymore and
they ended up in the dumpster.

So, there went $4k worth of equipment down the tube. But, they had paid
for themselves several times over in the years before they became
inoperable.
