Get this too on occasion.  For them on a ZoomV34 setting s210=12 does
the trick.  Thought there was a ROM update available to fix this for
Optimas in UK?
It'd only affect good line connects where the modems are trying for the
3429 symbol rate but the Hayes can't.  Our settings switch that off
leaving 3200.  Another fix is to force V.FC
