John
I would appreciated your input. I broke down and purchased the Legacy
MultiChannel power amplifier to drive my new Signature IIIs. Rather
than run it in a bridge mode, I would like to use the 3rd and 4th
channels to separately drive the lower frequencies of the Signuatures.
I talked to Legacy and I am a little confused. They've indicated that
all I need to do is run a Y adapter from channels 1 and 3 outputs to the
preouts on my receiver and a second Y adapter from channels 2 and 4
outputs to the other input on my receiver. I have not read anything
like this anywhere else. Does this make sense? I trust the folks at
Legacy but I can't find anywhere that really sells a decent Y adapter.
I found someone on the internet that builds cables but never having
dealt through this medium before, I am relunctant to try.
I would appreciate any thoughts you might have.
Steve
