Nothing like public embarrassment to get me moving :-).  I still owe you the 
800k CP/M image.  Just be aware that it will be specific to AE CP/AM and the 
Applicard.  There are at least two other CP/M implementations that use 3.5" 
diskettes (Cirtech and ALS) and I don't have any confidence that their disk 
layout is at all similar.

Will try to get to it later in the week or next weekend.  I'd do it sooner, 
but I discovered that the CardZ180 driver doesn't recognize my Apple Superdisk 
  controller :-(.  Have to pull the machine apart and put a standard Disk 3.5 
controller back in.
