Howdy! Daryl,

I meant the D in DBAN meant Daryl, but not You.
The D may stand for another name I didn't look up the meaning, I wrote
about it off the top of Ed's Head TM.

I've heard Eraser or DBAN does a better job of covering over what was
on a HDD than just doing a Full Format does.

I'd Reuse the HDD but if it had to leave my possession I would use BOTH
of the above programs first, and then let it go.

I'm Paranoid, but You knew that.
