      Title: Veg Platter For Leo Birthdays

      Yield: 6 Servings
 
    230 g  Tub hummus
      3    Black olives
      1    Red bell pepper; seeded
      1    Yellow bell pepper; seeded
      1    Orange bell pepper; seeded
      2    Round Ritz crackers
      3    Chives; cut lengthwise
 
  Tip hummus into a small round bowl and even out the top
  with a knife or a spatula. Place 2 olives on the hummus
  for the eyes. Cut the third olive into strips and place
  on the lower third for the mouth. Cut off a small
  triangle of red pepper for the nose. Stick halved chives
  sideways into hummus for the whiskers and a cracker on
  each side of the head for the ears. Place the bowl on a
  large round plate.
  
  Cut all the peppers into long strips and arrange around
  the lion head like a mane.
  
  Serves: 6
