Or, not to get too far ahead of yourself, let him test one or two more times
and see that he's now using 'pktdate' and producing proper timestamps.

He is a leaf node, not a hub of any kind. So if he needs to use 'pktdate' with
his software it shouldn't need to be changed again after his system. However,
if he were to ever change that and link to others, then we'll have another
issue we'll have to deal with, as his system will add to the confusion by
changing original timestamps.

Until then, though.. I think he may have solved his issue.
