In case you forgot, (as usual,) these state department leaks are also
embarrassing to the previous administration.

This whole "Wikileaks" business shows the culture of compulsive secrecy
that still exists in the White House.

Documents are stamped "secret" not because of national interest, but
because of embarassing revelations.
