The news value of the article I cited is the detailing of the charges.

IE, this list of crimes MS is alleged to have committed in their normal
day-to-day course of business with Sendo:

  misappropriation of trade secrets,
  common law misappropriation,
  conversion,
  unfair competition,
  fraud,
  breach of fiduciary duty,
  two counts of negligent misrepresentation, two counts of breach of
  contract,
  fraudulent inducement
  tortious interference.

Peter points at an earlier, general story about the riff which contains no
such detail, thinking that they are equivalent.  If he had read the link I
provided he might have noticed this key cue contained in the headline: FULL
DETAILS.

Among other things, his post shows that Peter is remarkably stupid.  He
acts like he has been clicker-trained to defend MS.  Shupak will probably
ship him a shiny new CD or something for the effort.
