      Title: Macadamia Clusters
 Categories: Five, Nuts, Desserts, Fruits, Chocolate
      Yield: 24 Servings
 
      1 c  Milk chocolate pieces
      6 oz Chocolate-flavor candy
           - coating; chopped
      1 c  Chopped dry roasted
           - macadamia nuts
    3/4 c  Snipped dried apricots
           Fine chopped macadamia nuts
           - and/or snipped dried
           - apricots; (opt)
 
  Line twenty-four 1 3/4" muffin cups with paper bake cups
  or line a cookie sheet with waxed paper; set aside.
  
  In a medium saucepan cook and stir chocolate pieces and
  candy coating over low heat until melted. Remove from
  heat; cool slightly. Stir in the 1 cup macadamia nuts and
  the 3/4 cup dried apricots.
  
  Drop mixture by rounded teaspoons into the prepared muffin
  cups or onto the prepared cookie sheet. If desired,
  sprinkle with additional macadamia nuts and/or dried
  apricots. Chill about 1 hour or until firm. Store,
  covered, in the refrigerator.
