True.  I will agree to agree to disagree on this point, since we both have 
basis.  See, we're looking at this from 2 points.  Mine is looks like a rose, 
smellt like a rose, feels like a rose, then it's probably a rose.  As for 
Charles, he's caught up in legalities, whuich is okay to.
