Title: Victor's Steamed Eggs

6 lg Eggs
2/3 lb Ground pork
12 oz Chicken broth
Salt & white pepper
2 Scallions; sliced
Break eggs into bowl and mix well.
Add pork and mix into eggs until there are no big
pieces. Add chicken broth, salt and pepper, stir. Put in
fridge if not preparing immediately.
Put in steamer, cover, and steam for 15 minutes or until
firm on top
Sprinkle scallions on top. Cover again and steam for
another 30 minutes or until cooked.
