In the Echo I like to have it "right at hand", I select the 
toggle.  I have the option of toggling both just before the 
reply and again after it.

BTW, that tagline is actually saved in my system as:  

This Sigline/Tagline was especially created for {at}n{at}   

That " {at}n{at} " grabs your name from the FROM field and substitutes 
that field for it.  

Yes, taglines can be quite versatile!
