Try inserting the drive into the new server, loading install.nlm and select
the configure volumes options, it should show you the added volume as
unmounted, try mounting it. I've never tried this but this is the approach
I would take. Or you could just type "mount all" at the system console and
see if it picks it up. If the drive is formatted as a NW 4.1 volume
already, it should pick it up.
The closest I've come to trying this was when my sys volume hdd failed.
After rebuilding the sys volume (backups had failed) I just mounted the
existing data volume.
