Seeing as botulism toxin is one of the most toxic substances known, perhaps
that question was wrong.

HOWEVER...

Too much Co2 can be lethal as well.

There's a lake in Africa, (forgot exactly where,) I saw an article in the
National Geographic, about how every so often volcanic shifts on the lake
bottom release very large amounts of Co2.
Vast clouds that kill hundreds of people and whole herds of cows.
