Title: Greek Honey and Lemon Pork Chops

4 Bone-in pork rib chops; 3/4"
- thick
1/4 c Honey
4 ts Fine shredded lemon peel
1/4 c Lemon juice
2 tb Snipped fresh mint

1 ts Dried mint; crushed
2 tb Olive oil
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Cayenne pepper
Trim fat from chops. Place chops in a large resealable
plastic bag set in a shallow dish. For marinade, in a
small bowl stir together honey, lemon peel, lemon juice,
mint, oil, salt, and cayenne pepper. Pour over chops in
bag. Seal bag; turn to coat chops. Marinate in the
refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours, turning bag occasionally.
Drain chops, discarding marinade.
For a charcoal or gas grill, grill chops on the rack of a
covered grill directly over medium heat for 11-13 minutes
or until chops are slightly pink in center, turning once
halfway through grilling time.
