MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Tequila Mojito 
 Categories: Booze, Herbs, Citrus, Beverages
      Yield: 2 shooters

           Big handful of fresh mint
           - leaves 
 1 1/2    Limes; quartered
    30 ml Simple syrup (1 oz)
    60 ml Patron Anejo Tequila (2 oz)
     2 c  Ice cubes
          Club soda
          Sprigs of mint; Garnish

  Place the ice cubes, mint leaves, Tequila and simple
  syrup in the blender or cocktail shaker. Squeeze in the
  juice from the limes and divide the limes between each
  glass. Blend or shake until well combined. Divide
  between the glasses and top with soda water and sprigs
  of mint.

      Title: Jalapeno Margarita
 Categories: Beverage, Booze, Fruits, Citrus, Chilies
      Yield: 2 servings

           Salt
           Ice cubes
      4 fl Oz tequila
      2 fl Oz triple sec
      2    Limes; juiced
      1 tb Agave nectar
    1/2    Jalapeno; seeded, diced
      1    Limes; in wedges

  Pour 1/4" to 1/2" of salt onto a small, shallow plate.
  Moisten the rim of two margarita glasses with water and
  dip into the salt. Fill with ice, and set aside.

  Pour the tequila, triple sec, lime juice, agave nectar,
  and jalapeno into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover, and
  shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker has
  frosted. Strain into the prepared glasses, and garnish
  with lime wedges to serve.
