I had to spend one hour a day for 10 straight days in a hyperbaric O2
chamber to help speed up the healing of a wound I had received in a work
accident. The clock started ticking once the chamber reached pressure,
every fifteen minutes I put on a mouth and nose mask to breath in for 5
minutes the outside air.

When you get off your lazy arse and research this yourself, you will
discover such terms as free radicals and oxidization, even
hyper-ventiliation.
