Yes you can have both, and make sure you have both IPX & TCP/IP installed.
I am not sure why you are using NAT32. NW4.11 has a IPX to IP gateway that
acts as a firewall to the internet and allows you to run IPX and no TCP/IP
on your companys internat LAN. You can also admin it from admin32.
To install IPX gateway, you need to install the NIAS product. I think it is
on the 2 or 3 CDROM. Use the INSTALL program at the FS console screen. If
