These are two of the best times to visit, IMHO. Stay at least one week
away from Thanksgiving and two weeks away from Christmas for low rates
and minimal crowds. We like early December best because all of the
Christmas decorations and events start the day after Thanksgiving.
You might want to check out "Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party," a
special event at the Magic Kingdom due to take place December 1, 2, 7,
8, 9, 14, and 15 this year. "Jolly Holidays" vacation packages are also
available November 26 through December 31, if you're the sort who likes
your time at WDW pre-packaged. The "Jolly Holidays Dinner Show" is only
available as part of this package, and those who have gone say it's
worth the extra fare. Call 407-827-7200 for information on these.
