Uh.... You must already have the new data pump in your modem, or another 
revision to your firmware...
Check ATI7... If it comes back wtih RC288 DPi Rev 04 series,   you will not
get the new 33.6K speeds.... however if you have a Rev 05 series, you will 
get it...
