Valery,
   I'll be more than happy to send the copies to you, and I trust you'll
share them with others in your situation.  BTW, I fully intend to sue
again, because I found new evidence to prove my case, and I THINK I can
break the qualified immunity.  Also, I've come to thoroughly enjoy the
task of putting bureuacrats in their place, so I'm now taking paralegal
studies so I can get paid for giving myself pleasure of this sort. 
   Give me a week or so to send you that package; things are a little
crazy right now, but I've got you covered.  Also. I'll write a note
explaining just how to proceed, so you don't get lost.  (Also, since the
original suit was a group thing, I have to get consent from the other
group members who were actually named as plaintiffs.  Anyone that
doesn't give consent, I'll just white out their names.)
