The next release of ARJ will include the following features:
1) Support for handling long filenames under Windows 95 (not under plain 
S).
2) Support for multiple volume UPDATING.
3) Faster archiving of large numbers of files
4) Support for XMS and DISK space for handling large file lists.
5) Greatly enhanced file version management.
In addition, the following features are planned for the next release:
1) Better encryption
2) Data damage recovery option
Comments and suggestions concerning these features is welcomed especially
concerning extraction of archives with long filenames in plain DOS.
Look for a public BETA release later this summer.
