The area order is always the order of the bbs's msg base.
The way most msgbases work is via area num and you can only change
that by manually moving the areas in the msgbase.
The only way I can think of to have the areas by alpha sort, is to
import the backbone already in the order you want. But you would
have to be starting clean or at least blow away all the current
areas before importing a txt file in the backbone.na format, which
is just tag name a few spaces then a short descrip. It doesn't have
to be the actual backbone, just a text file with your chosen echos
in it.
