Both are quite subjective questions, with no real answer.
Personal bias colors each person's answer also.
My Aunt I consider rich.
(Her husband died.)
But he left her a lot of money, she still lives in a nice fairly large
house, (not a mansion,) complete with below-ground pool.
I consider her to be rich.
Her husband made his money buying and selling stocks.
One of my other relatives got made his money owning a crane business and
building golf courses.
I consider these relatives to be rich.
Not rich like Bill Gates, but still rich.
What is a "fair share?"
If I knew this I'd be an expert economist.
Do I look like an expert economist?
