Subject: trouble installing product enhancement pack 3.2

I am trying to install the 3.2 enhancement pack on a Novell 3.12 server. I
copy the directory "32ENH" to the SYS Volume and tried to install through
"Product Options" through "Install"..........

The product install starts from SYS:32ENH but then quickly stops with the
error message cannot find Statup.ncf, and that the process cannot continue.
I am a bit stuck!
