        I think now that this was it, too fast on the KB. I was
  getting back to a mail packet to reread a few and the first
  screen offers to keep the actual .rep, the second screen offers
  to read all Personal messages. I thought that I was there and
  hit (N)one from the KB and the actual BW duty was to delete them
  and this was done prompto.  Are you on BW too ?

        Once more, I got out and back in, I wanted to see that you
  are on Silver Express. Is this your point or your OLR ? You do
  not use Blue Wave.
