I accidentally exported a handful of messages with my handle, "poindexter
FORTRAN" into this echo. I had an othernet's DEBATE echo (which allows
handles) and the Fidonet DEBATE echo defined with the same QWK name.

Now that the areas are straightened out, messages exported to the Fido DEBATE
echo will be tagged with "real" names.
