 At mass last Sunday, singing the hymn "Be Not Afraid", these
 words opened my eyes to why you are the way you are.

 See, pretty much everything I say on moral or social issues is
 based on my Catholic upbringing. You see the Catholic Church as
 the purest source of evil.

 It is a delusion to believe that any existing welfare system
 in this country keeps people from wanting to succeed. There are
 many who will have a hard time succeeding, and this system has
 been fixed to make sure many do not, and there are some to whom
 success will never even be possibley, but your beliefs would
 dictate they live in poverty all their lives or die. Doesn't
 seem either choice is preferable to you.

 If you don't believe that, just compare Wall Street bonus checks
 with main street pink slips.
