-=> Quoting Jean Parrot to Bruce Clark <=- JP> Hello Bruce, I wish you a nice day! BC> I have a dedicated SEND directory where the .rep packets are made. BC> Doing an immediate UNDELETE / UNERASE in that directory, will find BC> the most recent .rep file. JP> This could be good advice but we are not using the same JP> apps. In BW, they all go into a Work folder and when the PRG is JP> closed, they get morphed to an uploadable format as .rep. Yep. Same here. The uploadable .rep file in my BW gets made in the C:\SEND folder. Makes it easy to find. Look in: Setup/Configure Mail Reader Directories Download Directory C:\REC\ Upload Directory C:\SEND\ <<==-- .rep will be here Work Directory C:\BW\WORK\ Reply Directory C:\BW\REPLY\ Data Directory C:\BW\DATA\ JP> I was into DOS as soon as I noticed that my fingers had JP> beem too fast on the KB but could not see that .rep file. I JP> redid them all. Don't even close BW in that case. Swap out, open another DOS window, and run UNDELETE on the SEND folder. After recovering the .rep file, move it to a temp folder, then close BW and move the .rep file back to the SEND folder and start over again. ___ Blue Wave/386 v2.30 --- Platinum Xpress/Win/WINServer v3.0pr5a* Origin: BBS Networks {at} www.bbsnets.com 808-839-6036 (1:10/345) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 5030/786 @PATH: 10/345 106/1 2000 633/267 |
