I have not seen it on the newsstands but you can subscribe.  I find that
it is one of the best, if not the best all around radio magazines.  The
wealth of information in each issue is worth its weight in gold.  Here

You cannot by law get a full spectrum scanner in the United States brand
new.  They're all cellular blocked (crippled.)  You have two choices:
one, get a used scanner that has been modified or two, buy it anywhere
outside the US.  Note!  Radio Shack sells only crippled scanners in
Canada too so if you want full spectrum coverage in Canada, do not buy
from Radio Shack.
