Ed, EV>Never saw that movie. Was that one made when Movies Were Better Than Ever? It was made in the late 50's or early 60's. While there was innuendo and suggestiveness, there wasn't any profanity. EV> DS> Was that discovered by HAP-enstance?? EV>GOOD UN! +1 for U! At least it wasn't a demerit. EV>It has been some time since You took that 5 WPM CW Test, try it again to EV>see it You and make any sense out of what You hear. I've got far more important fish to fry outside of ham radio right now to worry about that. EV>WOW! 35 WPM sounds like a Machine Gun to Me, back when I was active on the EV>Air I was comfortable with sending/receiving 22 WPM. When Ken Miller and Chip Margelli beat world champ text messager (SMS) Ben Cook and his friend Jason, on "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno" on May 13, 2005...they were running at least 28 WPM. I have the MP3 file on the computer for personal use, but not available for download, due to copyright issues. ARRL is the same way...any info files I had for them had to be REMOVED from the computer and the BBS. I told one ham about it, and he did likewise, and said he was NOT going to renew his ARRL Membership. From what I understand, a large number of hams are choosing NOT to join ARRL, or renew their memberships, due to various issues. I'm a Life Member, but except for doing things with the VEC with the license exam sessions, I do NOTHING ELSE with them...monetarily or otherwise. EV>Surely She licked Her fingers to get a little taste of it. She liked spicy food, where I can't tolerate such. EV>I was wondering if She Square Danced too, that's why I asked. She was interested in dancing, as all of my hobbies. When I said "She keeps me in line", she replied "Well, SOMEBODY has to!!" . EV>Back in the 1970's Me and My Wife went to a Community get together and EV>watched some older people Square Dancing and the young people doing a little EV>bit different style of dancing while the music was playing. EV>Everybody on the floor was having fun while We just sat and watched. There is a video from The Phil Donahue Show on YouTube many years ago, with caller Lee Kopman. I danced to him and his son, Steve, when the National Square Dance Convention was in Anaheim, California in 1988. Lee died of bladder cancer a couple of years ago...I think his son is still alive, though. EV>Sound Yummy to Me! Either way, it sounds good. When I was still living in south Florida, there was Farrell's Ice Cream Parlor. They had a huge sundae called "The Trough"...a huge, long banana split, for several people. I think there's only a few locations left in California now. Daryl === þ OLX 1.53 þ Inflation has gone up over $1 a quart. - W.C.
