Subject: [Drakelist] 12AX7A Question


I need to replace 12AX7A used in the audio amp stage of my T-4XB.  I am in a
quandary about the differences in the tube manufacturers.  Any suggestions
or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Also, can someone tell me the difference between a 12AX7 and a 12AX7A?
